As Ohioans across the state get back into their fall routines, I’ve started looking back on this summer. I’m getting ahead of myself, I know, but there’s lots to celebrate for Ohio that may not be on most people’s radar, but should be. I’m thinking of all the positive climate and clean-energy developments we’ve seen in the past few months, which will allow us all to enjoy future summers with cleaner air and lower energy bills for years to come.
In July, Northeast Ohio scored a big victory with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s announcement of a $129.4 million Climate Solution Reduction Grant awarded to Cuyahoga and Lake Counties.
