Midline Business Park is a 300-acre brownfield in Cleveland’s Opportunity Corridor with the potential to become a major hub for advanced manufacturing and high job-density industry. The site currently delivers just 20 MW of power, far short of the 75-100 MW needed as development accelerates.
An advanced energy district is being developed on the site to deliver reliable, affordable power to future tenants, support grid infrastructure, drive job growth, and keep utility costs manageable for residents.
