Project Manager

Dion Richardson serves as Project Manager for Power Up Local, where he oversees the daily management of clean energy projects, coordinates closely with engineering teams and municipal partners, and ensures regulatory compliance. In this role, he leads project timelines, budget management, and stakeholder communication, while also helping to establish new systems and processes within a growing startup environment. His work focuses on delivering impactful, community-based clean energy solutions with efficiency and innovation.

Dion brings more than two decades of experience in community engagement, business development, and sustainable innovation to his leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of Dreamline AI, he leads a team dedicated to streamlining capital and project management for clean energy initiatives. He is also the Founder and President of the Community Dreams Foundation, a nonprofit providing education, training, and workforce development in the green economy.

Before joining Power Up Local, Dion held leadership roles with companies such as Superior Home Energy and Universal Windows Direct, where he specialized in business strategy, market development, and team mentorship. His work in these positions demonstrated his ability to drive revenue growth and expand market reach while fostering strong community connections.

Dion received a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University and holds real estate licenses in both Florida and Ohio. He is known for his entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative leadership, and commitment to building equitable and resilient communities.
